I agree with Donita that it’s a hard market to sell to right
now.

I’d encourage you, if you’re an aspiring writer, to
explore all your publishing options when you get to where you
feel you’re ready to be published (and you have published,
experienced authors/agents/editors agreeing with you).
Print-on-demand is becoming bigger; self-publishing works
for some people; also independent publishing (not quite the
same as self-publishing) is an option.
